Information to Provide:
When making your reservation please provide us with your name as it appears on your passport and/or birth certificate, address,
phone number and roommate. For any casino trips, please provide date of birth.

Cancellations for multi-day tours must be received by phone
or in writing prior to the final payment due date of the selected tour in order to receive a full refund. For cancellation
after the final payment due date, Tour Connection will refund those monies which are recoverable from hotel, meal, attraction
and theatre expenses. There will be a $25 per person administration fee deducted for all cancellations after final payment
has been paid. When one person leaves a tour en route and a roommate remains, the additional single room supplement
for the remaining person will be deducted from the refund of the person who left. Some tours have alternate refund policies
which are indicated in the programs outline.
TRAVEL PROTECTION AND INSURANCE
Optional Travel Protection will be offered on all our tours providing coverage for canceled or interrupted trips,
medical costs, travel accident, lost or stolen luggage, bankruptcy and acts of terrorism.
Parking has generously been allowed by local businesses. Neither Tour
Connection nor the lot owners can assume any responsibility for cars parked at these locations.
(East) - Meijer located at W. Saginaw Ave, Lansing in the northeast corner of the parking lot (behind the garden center)
Okemos - Park & Ride lot, I-96 and Okemos Rd (behind Cracker Barrel Restaurant.

Approximately 10 to 14 days prior to departure
you will receive final tour information such as your specific departure point and time, baggage tag, detailed itinerary including
pertinent phone numbers, clothing suggestions, etc..
Tour Director: Each tour is
fully escorted by a congenial Tour Director whose responsibility includes the handling of all tour details and offering complete
attention to the comfort and pleasure of the passenger.
The Tour Price Does Not Include:
- Meals: Other than those listed in the itinerary.
to Driver and Tour Director: Any compensation to them should be on a voluntary basis and handled individually.
- Personal Expenses: Valet and room service, telephone calls, and all other items of
a personal nature.
